Lil’ Rascals Statement of Mission & Philosophy
This Mission of Lil’ Rascals Preschool and Childcare Center is to be an excellent child-centered, early childhood development program. Through our programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, each child can grow and develop cognitively, physically, emotionally, and socially within a loving atmosphere.
We believe each child is a unique person valued for his/her own worth. A love of learning is fostered through an environment that is rich with opportunities for growth through an array of activities and experiences.
By offering a wide variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials, Lil’ Rascals gives every child the opportunity to build self-esteem while experiencing challenges and success.
Lil’ Rascals Parent Rights
We have our Lil’ Rascals parents fill out the Parent Rights form upon admission to our programs and classrooms. This form is intended to meet the requirements of the Health and Safety Code, which requires that parents or guardians be informed of their right to enter and inspect the child care facility where their child is receiving care. The facility is also required to post notice of this right in an area accessible for viewing. It is also available for viewing on this site – see link on the left. The child care facility, Lil’ Rascals, is required to give the parent or guardian this form. It will be maintained in the child’s file to document proper notification. Student Profile
This will need to be printed out and mailed or brought in to Lil’ Rascals during the selection and/or admission process.
Lil’ Rascals Waiting List
We will try and get you into our preschool or child care facilities. This form will help with this process.
If you aren’t told to print and fill this out when you contact Lil’ Rascals, please contact them for advice on steps and forms.
Lil’ Rascals Enrollment Form
When applying, please print out the Enrollment form and fill it out as completely as possible. You will need to bring this with you or mail it in, depending on what Lil’ Rascals administration has requested.
Lil’ Rascals Preschool and Child Care Centers will get back to you with confirmation of admission or with questions.
